All of the routes have been checked out as being suitable for guided runs. Risk assessments have been carried out by an experienced safety specialist. Runs are led by an experienced runner who is familiar with the routes.
Rules and arrangements
Young people under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You must wear appropriate running gear: ideally including trail shoes, but road trainers will do. Note that there are no changing or shower facilities.
You must carry enough water to ensure you don't get dehydrated.
Planned route, with escape routes and bad weather alternatives. We will cancel or change route if conditions are unsafe.
Specific risk assessment completed, applicable to current conditions.
Details of the run will be explained before the start. Participants can then decide if they are up to it.
Route tailored to suit capabilities of the group. Pace will be determined by the slowest - This is not a race nor is it a training run!

Map, compass, whistle, torch, watch, pen, paper, forms
Water, emergency rations

United Kingdom Athletic licence - Leader in Running Fitness
Emergency First Aid trained

Over 20 years running experience
